1. Twirl, dance, & play every day! Wiggle & sway! Get movin', peeps & pugs alike!
2. Breathe deep breaths, smell the sweet air, nose raised to the wind.
3. Nap, often.
4. Eat yummy, heathly food and be grateful for it. Give your chef a big kiss after you've finished, especially if you have food on your muzzle.
5. Think good & happy thoughts and meditate daily.
