  • Start when it is convenient for you.

  • If the authors are on Twitter we do invite them join in on the conversation as well.

  1. Hi Meredith, was so nice to hear your voice yesterday :) Want to share with you a very special book, I think you would love it, you may like to consider it for #YOBC. It is called "The Untethered Soul" by Michael Singer. This book was life changing for me, and for so many others I know, I have read it several times (and still keep it close and open it up when needed). Everyone I know that has read it has read it several times and given it to others (myself included).

  2. A great book I've just finished reading is "Finding More on the Mat: How I Grew Better, Wiser and Stronger through Yoga" by Michelle Marchildon. It's very funny and truly inspiring, I totally recommend it.
